Enchanted Kingdom - High and Higher

Another tiring week at work, we decided to have a sort of rewarding weekend and visit Enchanted Kingdom. It's pay day anyway!
ticket, P600 each
When we were on the ticket booth, we were having second thoughts on whether we go or not. It's raining hard and it's already 2pm so we're like "the hell we care, let's do this!".

The ticket lady informed us that there might be some rides that will stop operating due to the weather but will resume as soon as it stopped raining. Luckily, all rides were available and we were able to enjoy our visit.

As expected with the weather, there are only few people inside the theme park, no long lines as usual.
Rialto Theatre

It's still pouring rain so we decided to go inside Rialto Theater, the perfect place to go while waiting for the rain to stop. They showed ICE AGE and it was awesome!

It stopped raining when we went outside so we went to the Wheel of Fate. Go to a higher place and you know -- get high. Hehe. When we achieved the "highness" we need, we went to the EKstreme Drop Tower. Again, no annoying long lines, actually no line at all. I kinda chickened out at first, I mean who wouldn't be. The ride was 120 feet high and when you reached the top, it will go all the way down in just a matter of 2 to 3 seconds (47mph). I took the ride thrice but boyfriend was able to ride the attraction for 5 times, sinulit talaga. Next stop was Space Shuttle. I visited Enchanted Kingdom more than 10 times but this is the first time I had the courage (maybe with the help of the one we took on the Wheel of Fate) to ride the Space Shuttle. And this time, twice. Oha! Clap clap!

We also tried their newest attraction, Disc-O'magic. Then there's Anchors Away, Dodgem and for the finale of course, the Rio Grande Rapids, the main reason of you bring extra clothes.

Meet Rasty, the Rasta Frog. We got him for just 150 pesos, thanks to Paolo's shooting skills.

It's kind of a tiring and feet aching day due to my newly bought and wet chucks but we didn't mind. It's a one hell of an experience! :)
